Imitations

MAC3, unfortunately, can attest to innumerable attempts to imitate our level regulators.
To facilitate our customers in being able to distinguish the authentic product, we would like to point out some of the basic things to pay special attention to: read the section FAKES.

All the MAC3 products have been approved by ENEC, and carry the ENEC-03 seal, that is valid in European countries (the 03 figure indicates that the approval was issued by the IMQ commission).
Obviously, the seal can be falsified, but in that case an international crime of fraud has been committed and a legal suit can be brought against those responsible by the same commission of certification.

We would like to underline the fact that the industry of making fakes is becoming more and more specialized in the art of being able to imitate the esthetic caracteristics of our products and thus, it will not be easy, in the future, to quickly distinguish all the imitations in circulation.
For these reasons, the simplest solution to be sure of what you are buying, is to be certain of your buying source (factory, agents, authorized dealer).
If you wish to be certain of the authenticity of a level regulator, you should indicate for us the lot number, the manufacturing date and the number of meters of cable, our quality control department will be able to quickly inform you if you are dealing with an authentic MAC3 regulator or a fake copy.

As all large pump industries know, the fact that a level regulator functions very well is a determining factor in the quality of the combination pump + level regulator. With regard to this fact, we are proud to note that our percentage of difects is less than 0,018 per thousand.
