Design
After 1989 in order to diversify its
production, MAC3 began
research into innovative products
and high-tech products.
The company has also set up
an electronic laboratory in which
new products are developed
and tested specifically designed
to meet the needs of pump
production companies and those in
the hydraulic field in general.
We are currently in the process
of developing materials which
the pump producers will probably appreciate in the future.
The MAC3 design philosophy is
focused on craft design, involving the
new re-design of commonly used
appliances or of totally new products
for patenting or patented.
The
innovative features
are tested at the laboratory in a
very short space of time using the
most modern and sophisticated
equipment to ensure rapid
entry into production and so as to
monitor every single parameter.
The design details are developed in
the in-house company workshop.
Which ensures
the greatest care in the actual
preparation and dynamism
in the passage from the design to production stages.
Customized products
So as to meet the needs of our clients it is possible to personalize our products from both a technical or esthetical point of view.
Particular colours may be requested on some products like the Mac3, the Small and the Key level regulators. To obtain such a personalization there must be minimum annual order of 5000 units that are subdivided into lots of 1000 units per shipment.
It is also possible to personalize the level regulator with the client’s own logo. An additional initial cost for the personalized inlay and relative certification of approval is required for this service. The minimum annual order remains the same. The capacity to design on request
It is due to many years of experience in work and design that gives our qualified staff the capability of satisfying
the individual request of our custumers.
By way of meeting these personal needs, MAC3, through the years, has also been able to create new products
or variants on already existing products.
