In the control of liquid storage systems, visual and audible alerts related to filling and emptying states ensure safety and efficiency. Timely notifications to operators and the activation of supervision procedures are essential for the safety and proper functioning of the plant.
Sentinel is a level acoustic notifier designed to monitor and emit sound alerts in case of liquid deficiency or excess. For its proper operation, it requires connection to a float switch. This device is intended to be used in applications with the presence of water storage solutions and, more generally, can be used wherever a float switch is present. Sentinel is powered by mains voltage or through a rechargeable internal battery of 9V-110mA.
There is also a variant called Sentinel 2, which features a clean contact output relay. This relay allows the activation of a remote alarm signal and requires power supply from the electrical network.
