Certification ISO 9001
Mac3 obtained ISO 9001 certification in 1999 which guarantees that both the production and design stages are undertaken in accordance with guaranteed quality standards. Mac3 however decided to go one step further, and has developed a total traceability system so that it is now possible to trace the batches of origin and all the raw materials used in the production of each single product, and all the operators involved in its assembly and testing.
The ENEC mark stands for “European Norms Electrical Certification”. It is the fruit of agreements with 20 European bodies (ENEC agreement approved by the Cenelec Mark Committee) which certifies that the product complies with the EN European norms and has been produced by companies certified in accordance with ISO 9000 quality standards.
The ENEC mark is recognized as being equivalent to the individual national marks of the countries that adhere to the agreement and provides a guarantee of product quality.
After 1989, in order to differentiate the production, Mac3 began the search for innovative materials and high technology products.
Over the years the company has developed an electronic laboratory in which new products are especially designed to meet the needs of companies and manufacturers of pumps for hydraulic field in general. Perhaps today we are developing products that our customers will appreciate in future years.
Innovation is experienced in electronic lab very quickly with modern and sophisticated equipment to quickly build and control of every parameter. The design details are developed at the in-house company workshop. Which ensures the greatest care in the actual preparation and dynamism in the passage from the design to the final production stage.
The production cycle takes place almost exclusively within the plant, with rigorous testing at every stage of the process that ensures quality and reliability of products that are approved by major international bodies.
