| Dear Partner, For months now, commodity prices have been experiencing a period of strong fluctuation, producing significant cost increases that have progressively intensified since the end of last year and have confirmed a steady growing trend with the start of 2021. MAC3 is constantly monitoring the situation but the forecasts are not reassuring and they are confirming this trend. The situation is particularly critical regarding the cost of plastic and copper, with double digit increases, essential elements for the production of many of our products. Given the above, and despite the fact that MAC3 has not applied price increases in last ten years, having always managed to absorb as much as possible any fluctuations in the cost of raw materials, we are now forced to apply an increase in the selling prices to compensate, at least in part, the significant increase in production costs that has taken place in recent months. The new price list will be effective for all orders : received from 1st June 2021 received in April and May with a delivery date after 1st July 2021 Orders received up to 30th of May and with delivery before 30th of June will have the current price list. Goods delivery dates will be communicated by the sales department via the usual order confirmation. The percentage increase of the new price list is : +5% for electromechanical level regulators (Key, Small, Mac3, Mac5, eFly, Agma) and Quickstop valves +3% for Electronic and Cos-fi panels 3F, Sequencer, Electroprobes We felt it was our duty to inform you as early as possible about this forthcoming change in order to allow you to deal with any related corrections.
